30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, as long as they meet the conditions below.

- In original packaging with all tags attached.
- Requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Items damaged through customer use or washing.
- Items requested beyond the 30-day window.
Made-to-order note: Because items are printed to order, we ask that you review size charts before ordering. Sizing returns are still accepted — see the free return shipping note below.

Free return shipping fee. For change-of-mind and sizing returns, we do not charge a return shipping fee. You will receive a free prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Repack securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Processed within 2 business days after we inspect the returned item.

Your replacement is produced upon order and shipped within 2 business days (or a full refund if unavailable).
Cancellations
Order Cancellation
Because every order is made to order, cancellations are only possible before production begins.
- To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.
- If your item has not yet entered production, we cancel it and issue a full refund.
- Once an item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still use the 30-day return process after delivery.

Refunds are issued back to your original PayPal balance or the original card used at checkout.
Shipping Fees
Shipping Fee Policy
The original $4.95 shipping fee is non-refundable, except when an item is defective or the wrong item was sent. For change-of-mind and sizing returns, the return label itself is free, as noted above.
Defective or wrong item: If your item arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, you receive a full refund including the original shipping fee, or a free made-to-order replacement.
