How To Measure

Grab a soft tape measure and a T-shirt that already fits you well. Measure the garment flat, then compare to the chart.

Chest (Width)

Lay the shirt flat and measure across from armpit to armpit, then double it for the full chest circumference.

Length

Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.

Sleeve

Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
