1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from zestigifts.com, a website operated by HUY DAU LANH LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. Our products are adult apparel intended for adult customers.

3. Account & Orders
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your shipping address. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed through PayPal. The price displayed is the final product price; any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, is calculated at checkout. A $4.95 flat-rate shipping fee applies per order.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Items are printed to order. Processing takes 2–5 business days and delivery 3–5 business days, for a total of 5–10 business days. We ship to all 50 United States, excluding P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, US territories, and international destinations.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy, which includes free return shipping on change-of-mind and sizing returns.

7. Product Information & Availability
We aim for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but slight variations can occur. Because items are produced upon order, availability depends on our print partners.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on zestigifts.com, including designs, logos, text, and images, is owned by HUY DAU LANH LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
